How is that related? Isn't the OP's issue that it literally isn't extruding in the shadows beside his standoffs on the top layer (i.e. beside it, not directly below it)?

I knew exhaustion and the lack of sleep caused by my persistent dry cough I have at present would turn round and bite me. :oops:

You're quite correct Joe. What I have detailed is nothing to do with the issue as reported. I seem to have confused myself over what the actual issue was.

But having said that, I have highlighted a totally separate issue that may plague this and similar parts....the lack of strength of the bosses. At an estimate, it'll take a very small twisting or side force to break the bosses off from the body of the part, as they only seem to be joined by an extremely thin join between the edge of a circular hole in one layer and the outer edge of the boss, both seemingly of the same diameter!
