Here are my examples. It strongly suggests something in the layer heights is unhappy.

Using S3D 3.2 on a printer-dedicated 5ish year old Mac Mini using OS 10.6.8. No other software installed except stock Apple software, S3D, and Google Drive. Never had a problem with this until version 3.

This one is .2000 height rotated. I did not include a 2nd "fixed" pic, but when I switch the rotated model to .2500 layer height the bridge disappears. :roll:

Pictures only are not enough for issue investigation. Please post the factory files for these two parts. Then if S3D support need any evidence, they can use the data...
