I am also locked out. I have S3D installed on my Mac and Linux machines. What really vexes me is that I can't simply reset the linked devices myself.
It is not an inexpensive piece of software considering most of the alternatives are free. This has got to be one of the more irritating DRM schemes I have come across. . . .

Just to throw my comment in here since this appears to be an active thread, I'v just sent an e-mail to support (directly) in regard to having this issue. I've been using my laptop with Simplify3D and now can't use it at all. Not installed on any other computer so no licenses to release. Also apparently used up some arbitrary/undocumented number of online resets since it now brings up an error message. No hardware issues, no OS changes in a long time and was just working a week or two ago. Appears to just keeps requesting new licenses... We'll see how this goes.
