Re: New printer : BCN3D Sigma

Sorry it's a mistake in my post. I corrected it. 220C is the minimum temperature for Ngen. I thinkt you want to used the settings I gave you for Colorfila.

Fully agree. I had terrible oozing with the PLA shipped with the BCN3D Sigma. I really tried all settings (temp/retraction/speed ... etc.) without success.
Finally i have used other PLA filament manufactor and the oozing issue is almost gone. I will throw the shipped PLA in the garbage.

Improve dual printing:
I stopped priming into the box for dual printing. When using wipe&prime tower in dual print it's not necessary.
Before and after tool change i do not use no more any special code. Except "G1 F{travel_speed}" for postSwitchExtruder.gcode.

Search for "dasfilament". It's a german manufacturer. Good quality and really cheap.

Any idea how to improve code for IDEX printing?
The "waste" from oozing while other extruder is printing causes most of the issues.
The rubber is not cleaning the noozle reliable.

Print with the left extruder
Print with the right extruder
Dual Color print (With dual Extrusion wizard)
Print part with the left extruder and support with the right (PVA)
Same as previous but configured for Polysuport
I have bought S3D now. Many thanks for sharing the profiles for the Sigma.
BTW ... do you have further tweaked the profiles? If yes, can you share the updates?

THANKS
