Windows already includes a basic graphics driver by default, so even if you uninstall the manufacturer's driver, you still have the fallback driver that is built into Windows. So there shouldn't be any problem uninstalling. Since you seem to have a lot of specific questions, it might also be better if you made a separate thread on the forum for your issue and put your findings there.
