Hallo. I habe big problems with the g-code generated by simplify and bq Witbox 2. It starts so:
G90
M82
M106 S0
M104 S215 T0
M109 S215 T0
M800 ; firmware starting routine

The firmware starting routine must be at the beginning. Not after setting the extruder temperature, or the temperature drops. This is a serius bug. I'm only able to print, after reordering the g-code or changing the temperature manually

Have you tried using the starting script's temperature variables?

[extruder0_temperature]
[bed0_temperature]
...

If these are present in the start script, the software shouldn't be adding temperature commands above the start script. Also, I'd suggest unchecking stabilize at startup (In the temperature tab).
