Small voids on layer change / where walls meet infill

Hello all, being trying to perfect my 3d print quality for TPU for what seems an eternity.

The only issue I now have is that there is a small void where the printer finishes a wall and then moves on to building the infill as can be shown here:

does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

also random layer start doesn't work:

I think it is sink (to use a molding term) where the plastic cools and pulls in. Try cooler, slower, or more fan.

Nevermind, I didn't zoom in enough.

Too much coast if it's at the end of the perimiter, not enough prime if at start).
