large gaps in prints using 1.2 mm nozzle

I have an FLSUN Mini Kossel that i have been tinkering with off and on for a year or so. It is the only delta i own, i have 3 I3 types that i have running great. I put a 1.2 mm nozzle on it to see how fast I could print things that were not perfect detail required. I seem to be unable to print anything , no matter the layer height used, without large gaps. I have it currently set at 235 C for PLA to push more plastic easier for the larger nozzle, .4 layer height, 1.32 mm extrusion width, 6mm retraction @ 6000mm/min, 1.0 extrusion multiplier, 3 layers top and bottom and 3 shells. first layer height is 100%, first layer width is 125%, First layer speed is 50%, infill 25%, outline overlap 50% and allowed perimeter overlap at 50%.
I am using an SKR V1.3 with 2208 standalone drivers and Marlin bugfix-2.0. Am I missing something simple?

Just curious, but how fast are you actually printing and what hotend are you using?

Assuming 50mm/s for 1.32mm extrusion width and 0.4mm layer height = 26.4mm³/s.

A well tuned e3d v6 can handle about ~12mm³/s. Cheaper clones tend to struggle starting at ~10mm³/s.

First layer @125% width = 1.65mm extrusion width, 0.4mm layer height. At 25mm/s you're already asking for 16.5mm³/s...

Edit:
Adding a factory file is much easier than posting all the settings ;)
(File -> Save Factory File as...)

Largest nozzle I have is .75 and with that my fastest print speed is 50mmS and that is pushing it.
The way you print faster with a big nozzle is Tall wide layers not speed.. So slow it down to 15mms with a .8mm layer height and a 1.2MM Width and see what happens. As was stated, your hotend probably can not keep up.. If that works try a wider Extrusion width and a slightly taller layer.. Once you are maxed out on those with good results, try increasing speed if you can.. This is not plug and play, "you "have to play with it! :D
