Anyone has a explanation to this...?!?!?!?!?
In S3D v4, working as expected, but in S3D v5, does this?

Are you able to share the factory file?

I was working on this part also. I can fix the top being filled in by changing the layer height from 0.2000 to 0.2001. Seen this before once in a while.
However, the sidewalls are bad, see picture.
On this if I remove G90 OR uncheck "use relative extrusion distances" the side walls are ok. I should not have to do that though.
I can load this model on another printer and it is fine.
This all works fine in V4.

Jason,

Please have a look at this video I've made...I think these slicing issues are related to manual transformations

I am seeing the exact same issue. Parts previously printed with version 4 are now hollow!

I looked through the setting but can't see anything to change to cure this.

I guess I have to go back to version 4 which works, as I can't seem to get any help fixing this bug in version 5...

How do I get a refund for the update I purchased?

Or even better, how about some help with a solution to the problem I am having?

post the Cat STL file. or are you opening this directly from the V4 Factory file?
found an image of the file on a site but get a 404 not found https://stlbase.com/browse/cat+self+defense+keychain/
without the STL or factory file we cant help you. welcome to PM me if you do not wish to post it here.
