Simplify3D User Forum

I have a fairly simple model where the holes disappear when I slice it. I've never had this happen with version 4.x.

Go to Mesh > Separate Connected Surfaces and then it will slice correctly. It looks like the tabs were never properly joined with the body (it's easy to see when you turn on the wireframe view).
