v5.xx - Supports not carried on.... completely!

Scenario:
1) Open a v4 or v5.x .factory file
2) Assign a NEW v5.1 profile
3) Models loaded ALREADY feature support placement (check first attachment)
4) Upon slicing, only SOME supports show up. (check second attachment).
In order to get ALL supports I *MUST* generate them again!!
It wouldn't be a big deal if I would only have a handful .factory files.... but I have THOUSANDS!
This has been happening since the first v5 release and still remains unsolved.
