Simplify3D User Forum

Since v 5.1.1, without any changes to the printer profile (Leapfrog Bolt Pro) the print is pausing between every infill and layers transition for about 10 secs. Very odd.

Any ideas on preventing this? I see no settings to even do this if you wanted to.

the only custom scripts are for starting and ending, and one replace: {REPLACE "Z = " "Z "}

Perhaps you entered one of the speeds in mm/min as a mm/sec value instead? For example, telling the extruder to retract at 40 mm per MINUTE would definitely cause a very long pause at the end of each loop.

I wonder why they changed it from mm/sec.

No problem multiply by 60

It's a preference option, so you can set it to display whatever you want (go to Tools > Options, and change the "Speed Units" setting).
