Hi,
If your normal extrusion multiplier is 1, then using 110% for the 'Top Layer Extrusion Modifier' should do that. Remember, you can do a search for any of these settings from the top right corner of Edit Process Settings.

Even a curved top consists of overlapping layers. Any horizontal surface that is visible outside the model is a top layer.
