Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,

The print object looks just fine on the preview and shows no errors. When I "Prepare to Print", the object prints as a solid and does not leave the cutouts in the middle.
Suggestions?

Hi,
You have 'Merge All Boundaries' selected for the Slicing Region Repair Mode (Advanced tab-> Slicing Behavior). Simply change that to Alternating Fill or Positive Fill and the problem should be resolved.
