Hello, I was told when I purchased this software that it would contain support for the ultimaker 2 Dual Extrusion. I attempted to use the standard profile..."Ultimaker 2" but it didn't support Dual extrusion, and most recently I attempted to make a custom printer profile and that didn't support dual extrusion. Is there any way to actually use this software to support dual extrusion with the ultimaker 2?

You need to set it up manually.
Here's a sample factory file I use on my UM2.

I use it in my dual head setup (https://www.youmagine.com/designs/dual-head-ultimaker2) so YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE the toolhead change script in the script tab !!! And you'll need to change the XY g-code offset, and I may be forgetting something Use at your own risk
