Perimeter Gap

Hi,
i have switched from Slicer to Simplify. But i have some troube with gaps in my walls.

In Slicer i have set 0.4mm Nozzle. My part is fine:

but when i do this in simplify i have a gap between the walls.

the extrusion width is set to 0.44mm @0.4mm Nozzle size.

The next problem simplify produce some strange movements that result in heavy vibrations.

what can i do to slove this issues.

Can you post the factory file (file > save factory file)?

When i reduce the Perimeter shell count to 1 i have a solid infill.

increase your extrusion width so the 4 perimeters shown equal the width of that wall. OR set your perimeters to 1 which will allow infill to take over and fill the gap. the real issue here is the gap is smaller that you can fit a 3rd perimeter in. there is a setting in advanced for thin wall behavior which will allows those 2 missing center perimeters to overlap a bit and sort of squeeze in there i really dont like that though. your better off with the first 2 suggestions if you can.

Normaly i design my parts with a fixed wall width and print the walls only with perimeters. When i have a 3mm wall and i set it to 1perimeter the slicer fill the gap with the infill pattern - everything is fine.
The problem is the infill pattern with very short lenght result in vibrations during the movement and longer print times.

When i print 5 lines as perimeter this has a better print quality as the infill pattern because the perimeter has no speed changes and hard/fast direction changes.
The infill pattern has many direction changes with high speeds:

could try the exterior infill as circular and put the number of layers beyond the model height.

999 is what I've done, especially for circular parts.

if you have more than just the circular part in the model then multiple processes where you use the start stop function.

you might want to use the sectional view to determine the hieghts you need to stop and start at. but you can set the circular feature to print with different settings from other features.
