How to change skirt/brim printing speed

I have some funny angles in a model and base layer (which is hard to remove) prints fine because it's slow but brim/skirt isn't (because printer goes to fast). I failed to find setting to reduce brim/skirt printing speed.
Thank you.

Adjusting the first layer underspeed also changes the skirt speed. So if you're having trouble getting the first layer to stay put, that's what I would use

HM. I didn't see any effect on skirt brim speed when I changed 1st layer speed. Will try again.

"underspeed"? Do you mean the setting "First Layer Speed" in the "Layer" tab? I have that on 50%, but the skirt is still done a lot faster.
I'd love to have it slower myself, because I usually have to clean a few strings / the skirt from the bed before it moves on to the real print.

First layer only affects raft printing speed. It does not affect:
- skirt / brim
- normal print

The first layer speed affects EVERYTHING that is part of the first layer touching the bed. That includes the perimeters, infill, support, raft, skirt, and anything else that is printed directly on the bed. I just tested all of those myself and it definitely affects ALL of them (assuming they are touching the bed on the first layer).
So yes, you can use the "first layer speed" to slow down the skirt on the very first layer (which is the only layer that most people use a skirt anyways)

Here are factory files and g files:

I just tried myself and this setting:
only affects raft.

Your factory file - unaltered:
Layer1:
Print speed - 3.8 mm/s - skirt and first layer infill prints slowly!
Layer2:
Print speed - approx. 63 mm/s - second layer perimeter prints a little faster, infill prints a lot faster.
Looks as if it works to me!

raft prints a lot slower in reality. normal print and skirt/brim go quite a bit faster.
I will post videos a bit later.
