reversed model

the model I am trying to print shows correctly in S3D but when saved to gcode it prints back to front, what is happening here.
How can I fix it

What printer are you using? Did you make your own profile for it?
There's settings for flipping the XYZ axes and changing the axis directions, but you shouldn't need to adjust those if you are using one of the built-in profiles.

I am using an reprap i3.
This has never happened before with other prints.
It shows it as being correct in the preview, but when I slice it it changes.

If it's happening when you slice, then it would probably be best if you attached your factory file since that should help others reproduce it
