Holes in the printed Object PLA

Hey,
im new with Simplify3D and need some help ;)
I test this object with some different parameters but i get these holes like at the Picture at other Models too, what ive done wrong ? Factory file is included.

The suggestion of increasing the Infill Overlap did help me with this but then I started getting "Scars" on the top surface....

I've spent hours playing with different settings with minor improvements...

Its getting really frustrating actually because if I use the default Cura settings I get no holes and a good surface finish...

I'm stumped because I need some of the functionality of S3D, but the finish quality that Cura produces....

Yes with the Software from my Printer Ideamaker i dont have these Gaps too.. I Change the outline overlaps to 35 % but some gaps are there too.
