Hi You are not the only one having these problems when using S3D. I use several slicers and purchased S3D as I needed to do some parts that I could not do using my "standard" slicers but S3D could, mainly due to support issues. If you try this part in kisslicer you probably find all is goo...

I appreciate the response on this. The thin feature (the support material) was designed for Slic3r's wall width for the model's layer height, at the time, which was .37 mm. It's definitely greater than the nozzle width, but apparently not as wide as Creator's minimum wall width. Changing it to .39m...
