Re: Paid upgrade For 2019 upcoming Version 5.0

I personally don't have an issue with a paid upgrade as long as it is reasonable, I do remember seeing " one life time" payment. Anyway, maybe an idea of what will be in the software, variable layer height depending on the angle...things like that, I have been anxiously waiting for news, can we get ...

Re: 3D movement view Bug Unwanted PAN motion mixed in with Rotate Motion

Is there any progress on this? I have been putting up with the object rotating out of the screen when I zoom in on a small portion, then I need to drag around until I find where it went off to. There should be an option to keep the zoom center in the center as we rotate it.
thanks

Has the profile been finished for this? This subject seems to have stopped abruptly.

Re: No retraction after support

No I hadn't seen that, it didn't come up in my search for an answer, I will give that a try, thanks so much. It sounds like it is a bug that hasn't been squashed yet. Thanks

No retraction after support

I have a print that travels a bit to get to a support, lay out that support and then go back to the inner wall of the print. I have s3d set to always retract when crossing open spaces. It does this on the way to the support but will not retract when returning to the print which is leading to missing...

Re: Variable height layers

Using multiple layers is a good way of achieving this....but it does have its drawbacks - as illustrated in a thread posted in the last few weeks, where extra top and bottom layers are introduced into the model at the point of changing process. This can be partly overcome by specifying zero top/bot...

Re: recent factory files

I already tested that, that is why the names end with a 1 or a 2..3, newer versions, the old versions show in the recent files instead of the new ones. In fact yesterday I had to hunt down a more recent file that wasn't in the recent file list I had just used "save as" the night before. And I don't ...

recent factory files

Finding a previously edited and saved file using "recent factory files" does not work, I have a file called "smallPusher1", when I go to open recent factory files I only get that one, I click save as to goto the directory where that file is stored and there are clearly "smallPusher2" and "smallPushe...
