Highlight 'what has changed' in a process

In v3, if you have a custom profile, if you then open and change any setting, in the "Select Profile" drop-down it says "modified" to let you know you've delta'd from current. Nice feature.

What would be even nicer is if the settings you changed in the profile were somehow highlighted (yellow background, maybe an asterisks * next to the name, or something obvious), to show you the changes you've made since you last "updated profile". This way at a glance you can see what you changed. If there was some way to have the software let you know what was saved (so you can revert to it), that would be awesome too.

Now that's a good idea.
