Profiles: new setup

In the process of redoing my laptop with a new hard drive. Do not want to loose any current profiles. What is the process to either export said profiles or where might they already be stored on my hard drive?

Much thanks

How can I print this properly..?

I have a 1" tall tube (3/4" inner DIA) that I print standing up. I wanted to add text cutout, but didnt get the desired outcome. So my next thought would be to still have my desired text, but since I have a FFP...use the other extruder with different color to take care of it. Not sure how ...
