Profiles: new setup

In the process of redoing my laptop with a new hard drive. Do not want to loose any current profiles. What is the process to either export said profiles or where might they already be stored on my hard drive?

Export from one laptop using File menu......Export FFF profile

Import into the other laptop using File menu......Import FFF profiles.


This is currently the only way as the profiles are not stored in a user-retrievable way.
