Upper Raft?

I have some LEGO compatible objects that have raised bases. For example, one 2x2 connection is at that base which is level with the surface, while the other is two cubes higher, and requires LEGO pieces to be stacked underneath (there's a reason behind this madness). I'm using supports for the raise...

Re: FF Dreamer w/S3D and FlashPrint

Thanks Joe - btw, this may be a weird question, but is this printer acceleration something that is just standard with 3D Printers, or is this an option that can be turned on or off through SD3.

FF Dreamer w/S3D and FlashPrint

I'm fairly new and beginning to have successful prints (and they're sticking nicely), but I have a few questions: I'm on a FF Dreamer which comes with Flashprint. When I go to print, I noticed there's three options under "Slice Engine": Skeinforge, Slic3r & ffSlicer. I'm not sure what ...

Re: Filling in Holes that are not supposed to be filled.

Thanks for the help guys. The suggestions didn't work out I'm afraid. Oh, rforemen -- thanks for the link. I posted the file, but soon realized it wasn't something instant. The progress bar remained at 5% for an hour, which is when I noticed in small print, my object was waiting in a queue, so I jum...

Filling in Holes that are not supposed to be filled.

Completely new here, and to 3D Printers. I'm sure this isn't a bug and more likely something I'm doing wrong (or I would have posted this in the troubleshooting section). I have a FF Dreamer. I downloaded a phone charging stand which has holes and a valley-like trail at the base (for the charger wir...
