I will try a print without wipe.
It`s definitely a setting, because I just did exactly the same print on Repetier host/sli3er and my retraction is 1.5mm as my settings with no +-5mm retraction.

Good day all Have a problem with retraction. Speed are at 30mm/s at 1.5mm. 60% of the time the retraction are 1.5mm(as set in S3D) and sometime +- 5mm.
