Erratic Retractions

Good day all

Have a problem with retraction. Speed are at 30mm/s at 1.5mm.
60% of the time the retraction are 1.5mm(as set in S3D) and sometime +- 5mm. I cant pinpoint where or why the 5mm retraction occur, because it`s at different places at different times.
The direct drive extruder motor are cold, voltage/amps are set correctly, tension between bearing and MK7 are correct, no strange clicking or weird noises from the extruder - so mechanically it seems fine.
Don`t know where to go and look for the problem - this is happening on all prints.

Yes there was a thread on this awhile back. There is a bug if some sort that has to do with the wipe feature. Cant remember if its having the wipe feature just turned on or the wipe while retract box checked.

I will try a print without wipe.
It`s definitely a setting, because I just did exactly the same print on Repetier host/sli3er and my retraction is 1.5mm as my settings with no +-5mm retraction.
