Re: Print order of skirt, ooze shield, and nozzles is wrong

I am having this same issue also, it is so damn frustrating that S3D takes so long to fix bugs.

Mine will also crash if I have all extruder selected.

Same issue here,

I sent a factory file to support so hopefully they will fix it, I would suggest you send an email with a factory file to support also.

3.0.2 retraction bug, when will they fix it?

I know about checking relative extrusion distance in the gcode tab but I have had several multi hour prints now ruined because I load an FFF file that I had saved for a particular filament etc and not remember to check the button on the tab. Wasting a bunch of filament and more importantly printer t...

Re: Print time estimates way off.

They're off because there's no way for S3D to know what kind of acceleration or jerk settings your printer has defined in firmware, or how those settings affect the actual speed your printer's motors are able to achieve. The best it can do is estimate based on actual linear motion and feed rates. T...

Re: Print time estimates way off.

Do a search on the forum and you'll find several threads on the subject.......and reading them will give you all the information there is. I did search before posting and none of the threads had any info in them. Just people saying the estimates were way off. Was hoping to hear something from S3D a...

Print time estimates way off.

My print times are way off from what S3D estimates the print time to be. Currently running a print that was estimated at 8 hours 48 minutes. It has been printing for 16 hours 44 minutes and shows to be 96% compete on the machine control panel. Why is it so far off on the estimates? It may not seem l...

Re: First print layers density question

hey chadd i know we were talking on the other forum about this. wanted to confirm something. when you set the first layer to 100% width your saying it shows normal extrusion in the print preview of the first layer BUT if you set the width to 150% then in the preview its showing you the same size ex...

Re: First print layers density question

I have the exact same issues with S3D. The problem is in the way that S3D deals with the first layer extrusion setting, for example. You are printing a part at .2mm layer height and you set your first layer extrusion to 130%. Instead of putting 130% material into the space that 100% would have gone ...
