YES, PLEASE! Along with that, also add cutting functionality (preferably by having the user select 3 points to define the cutting plane). I desperately need this feature. Moving a part of the model below this print bed is a clever workaround, but what about a solution for cutting a model into more than two pieces? I'm not really keen on shelling out a few hundred bucks a year for Netfabb just for this feature. Does anyone know of free/cheaper alternatives?
