4. 100% infill really isn't 100%, it's more like 98%, even when using rectilinear infill pattern. Does anyone have luck getting infill to 100%

As previously mentioned, using an SD Card is more reliable than using a USB cable connected to a PC. If anything goes wrong with the PC during the print, then the print will fail.
