All models importing with size 0

Previously Simplify was my favorite tool. I don't know of any changes, but now when I'm try to import a model, ANY model it's importing with dimensions of 0. Print preview shows that nothing would be printed...I've tried everything I know to, including reinstalling with the latest version of the software. Does anybody have any ideas as to how to fix this? I can import the same model into repG and it works just fine.

That sounds odd. Never had that happen. I would reset all settings and maybe reinstall the software to make sure you don't have any corrupt settings.

With the last update, I can no longer use the import button (I'm on a Mac). It warns of the model being too small and sometimes locks up when I tell it to resize.

I can use S3D by dragging from a Finder window onto S3D, which works just fine.
