Has anyone used makerbot replicator 1 with simplify 3D? If so, could you please share with me the toolhead settings you have used? Here is what I have been trying:
In the Extruder tab, I set right extruder to T0, left to T1, and heated bed to T2. Same with the temperature tab (for identifier). Also in temperature tab, I set T0 to 30, T1 to 31, and T2 to 32 degrees C (just for testing purposes). Yet, when I try to print, the right extruder is the only one that heats up. The others don't even try. Even when I try T3, T4 or T5. Even when I try switching the identifiers in the extruder tab and temperature tab, the right extruder is the only one that heats up (even when I've changed the extruder identifier independent of the temperature identifier).
Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

make sure you're using the correct profile. Right extruder will only heat the right extruder, left extruder profile will only heat the left, and both will heat both. revert back to the old temperature identifiers (right T0, left T1) as this is important not to change
