Raft Separating

Hi Everyone,
I have been having a problem with the raft separating. It sticks well to the build plate and perfectly to the print, but somehow splits in 2 which allows the print to warp.
I have attached the factory file and a couple of photos for you to have a look at.
I have asked support to have a look, but thought that others may benefit from any solutions found. I will post whatever I get from them as well.
Any ideas welcome.

Re: Raft Separating

The few times I have had that problem, I have fixed it by decreasing the raft separation distance. That will help it stick together better (although it will make it harder to remove). You could also try slowing down the print speed so that it adheres better.

It looks as if the problem is the layer between the base layers and the interface layers. You can eliminate this layer by turning off the raft base layers. If you find that this doesn't give you a thick enough raft, go ahead and bump up the number of raft layers.
