Importing Small Scaled models.

Usually I create and edit models with blender. I set it to metric, and scale to 1. When I import my STL's, it says

Part appears to be extreamly small and may be in inches format. Would you like to automatically scale to millimeter format?

I click no as always, then change scale from 1 to 1000. And go from there.
But now in 3.0 it scaled at 100, and cant increase it to 100,000. I can only do it to 99999.00,

Is this an issue for anyone else? Can I fix this in blender side?

If you export your model in mm units for the STL, then it shouldn't need to be scaled once in Simplify3D
