Need some help with shell and infill

I have a model I want to print, but having issues with a gap in the fill and shells, resulting week part.

Regardless of printing .3/.2/.1mm or changing the infill %

Now I'm assuming this is due to the wall thickness not being a multiple of my nozzle size? (0.4mm by the way).

Is there anything I can do to get a little filament crammed in there to avoid the space?

You just need to adjust the thin wall settings. Can you post the factory file? (file > save factory file)

Ok, well I'm pretty sure the settings in this .fff file are different than your pic (since they have different # of perimeters), but I'll still try to give some advice.

If I were you, I would go to the Extruders tab and change the extrusion width to a manual value of 0.45mm. Since all of your walls are the same thickness, that's an easy way to get a perfect bond between all of the perimeters.

That's my default setting, as I point out in the OP, I have tried a whole bunch of setting (infill%, number of shells) and they all have had the same issue.

Thank you, I will give that a try, but what are the ramifications of doing this to the rest of the print?

Tried changing the extrusion width to a manual value of 0.45mm........no change in the preview, exactly the same issue with no fill between the walls, at the highlighted part.

Well it works perfectly for me :D To avoid further confusion, please post your factory file (go to file > save factory file). That will include everything we need to reproduce exactly what you are seeing.
