Hi, I am nearly there, just need to know, do I have to set up for each print or can I save the setup for most . Ernie

Re: Saving

Hi Ernie,
It took me a long time and many test prints to get to a confident position with my programs. There are variables which may require some changes to your settings, such as material type/supplier, but in general I find that I am turning the raft on or off and that's about it.
I am a believer in continuous improvement, but at the same time, 'don't fix something that aint broke'. A paradox I know, but when it comes to 3D printing, removing as many frustrations as possible is essential for a happy experience.
In short, take the time to find the best settings for your needs, and then only change something when you need to.
Good luck. :D

Re: Saving

Thankyou Tony, couldn't agree more.
I am getting some decent looking prints at the moment, though it has taken some time to get there. Thanks again Ernie
