Model rotation.

Hi, I know you can rotate the model on screen, but is it possible to rotate the model itself, so that I can orientate it on the printer bed, or would I need a different program. Thanks Ernie

Re: Model rotation.

sure you can double click the model and enter the values manually. you can also click on the rotate tool in the toolbar on the left. in preferences be sure you have the 3d transform gizmo box checked.

Thanks JoeJ,
I have to admit I found this software quite daunting at first, nearly gave up on it, but thanks to people like yourself and others on this forum, I am getting my head around it somewhat better, but realise I have a great deal more to learn. Thanks again to All. Ernie

I've been printing for about a year now and I still learn new things on this forum. If it wasn't for it, I probably would have gotten frustrated and quit printing all together a long time ago. Now I check it almost daily because you never know what you're going to learn.
