Machine X axis flip setting keeps reset

Hi, I got an annoying problem in Simplify3D which is that the "Flip build table axis" settings keeps resetting to unchecked (in the Tools->Option->Machine config tab).
I have a kossel delta printer with repetier firmware which needs the X axis going to the Right, Y axis away from XY tower line and Z upwards, zero Z being the first layer...
I basically need to go and set this option again and again before every print.
So far I've isolated the following occassions when the reset happens:
1. Restart of application
2. Edit process settings (after I clicked OK, the X axis is reset to unchecked again).
But it seems to happen in more situations which I haven't kept track of.

Please help!, love my Simplify3D setup otherwise, it rocks!

Click "Edit Process Settings", go to the G-Code tab. I'm guessing you have the "Update Machine Definition" section enabled. This will override your machine settings, and I'm guessing the flip X axis checkmark in that section is opposite what you want. So just toggle the setting on that screen to match what you want and then click "Update Profile" to save it
