bubbles on tower

In a recent print I noticed "bubbles" on a tower part of my print, (see picture)

Any idea on what settings may be adjusted to fix this issue? Or what it is caused by?

Any input or advice will be great appreciated

Read this thread, some good info here. Your problem is worse but its the same issue.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, occasionally it's hard to understand some of these threads until you encounter the issue yourself. I'll post again on settings in retraction and costing when I am closer to the solution
