FEATURE REQUEST : Run Code every X layers

I would like to be able to run some custom code, at a set interval of layers that I set.

For example. If I wanted to add some code for the hotend to move X&Y over to a wiping station every 10 layers, to clean the Nozzle
and then continue back onto the next layer
