Here are 2 pictures showing my problem, what I set in the Simplify3D

Re: Prints off center on bed..why?

And in your pictures, when you send a G28 and then a G30 and then send "G1 X0 Y0 F3000", where does the head move to? It is the bottom left corner of the metal bed? or closer to the second piece of tape?

Show it in your photograph and it should be pretty clear

When I send G28 and then a G30 and then send "G1 X0 Y0 F3000" the head moves to the bottom left corner of the metal bed.
You can see the "V" shaped markings made by the head in the alu bed on my photo.

Re: Prints off center on bed..why?

It must be a firmware problem then. I don't have that same firmware, so you will have to figure out why that option on the LCD is loading different offsets.

Re: Prints off center on bed..why?

Thank you for all your help, I have contacted seller and they will send firmware.
Maybe they can understand what's happening...I will post an update when I know more.

Re: Prints off center on bed..why?

My seller got back very quickly and pointed out that I had the correct distance for the overlaying frame to one of the short ends, but on the wrong side...
So now the offset issue has been solved :D And I have learned a ton about 3D printing that will help me in my endeavours! :D

Thank you all for the excellent help! Especially to CompoundCarl !
