Robo R1 stops after printing for a few seconds...why?

The other day, I was printing on my R3D no problem. For some reason, today when I try to print it heats up, levels, then makes a few turns on the skirt and seems to give up. Other slicers don't have that problem, and the gcode says that my commands are sent and received. Any ideas?

In Print Preview, is the part shown sitting right on the bed, with no part of it submerged beneath the bed's surface?

Also you might check your file for errors in Repair > Identify Non-manifold Edges.

Thanks! I think it was a wonky USB causing the trouble though.
