Stl model is different from Preview!

I can't figure out whats wrong with Creator I tried both versions and always the same result.
The preview is different from my Stl. file and it prints like the preview looks, that means I won't be able to print the part with Creator.

Work with Slicer.

mike, i tried your model. go in the "other" tab in your fff settings. in slicing behavior you have it set to discard non manifold segments. check the heal box. it will slice correctly then.

just tried still the same. Tried it even on a different PC always the same.

Any other idea or advise?

hmm i see, i clicked the merge all outlines as well which works fine but it makes the model solid.

ahhh!! i got it. it was a problem with the model. i opened the stl with rhino and looked at it. whoever made the model forgot to join that center section with the rest of the model. basically it was two separate pieces just sitting together. i made it 1 solid model for you. works like a charm now. here it is.

It is just weird that Slicer got it done right.

yeah mike, im not too sure why it does that. its just how creator handles slicing a model that has overlapping areas. maybe they will alter how it handles that in the future.....i hope
