second extruder doesnt heat up automatically

What printer do you have? What profile are you using? Is it one from the S3D configuration assistant or did you make it yourself?

My printer was originally a sunhokey Prusa I3 but now with Rambo 1.2 board, new x-axis bearings/holder, 2 E3D V6 all metal Hotends, new heated bed, second bowden extruder and latest Marlin firmware.

I feel not really supported for dual extrusion from the software. In the machine menue i can not make temperatur ( only one displayed)corrections for the second hotend without switching the toolhead also.

and yes i used a generic Prusa mendel I3 profil and told the software and firmware i have 2 extruders/hotends/thermistors and made further siutable settings.

This doual wizard does nothing for me.
