Could it be possible to have the print percentage next to the layer index (in the status bar) when moving the End slider ?
Of this doesn't mean much if the Start slider is not at 0 but the percentage could be displayed only if Start is at 0.
This percentage should correspond to the percentage on the printer.
I think it would be useful to follow the print process on Simplify3D when printing from a SD card.
