Printer starts printing off the printing plate.

Hello,
Somehow the new prints made with S3D start to print off the plate at minus X location, I went back to a previous print with the same part I did with S3D and prints fine.
Looking at GCODE the failing prints have some negative values on Y on the failing prints even thought the problems shows on X axis where it starts at -X.
I could not find any changes in the process that will show this problem. One thing I did I loaded the software in a laptop so I will connect with a USB to the printer to fine-tune the printing setting, since I normally printer over the Ethernet, I never connected the printer to the laptop since the printing problems showed up.
Here is part of the Gcode that shows the good and the failing prints:

Re: Printer starts printing off the printing plate.

The coordinates in those 2 files look nearly identical to me, so I'm not sure I understand the issue. Are you saying that the initial extruder priming at the start of the print happens to the right of the bed? That's how it's supposed to work, then it will move onto the bed for the actual part.

Re: Printer starts printing off the printing plate.

The issue that showed up recently is that the printer starts printing at the left most possible point in the X axis which is out of the printing plate.
I used and old Gcode file and it prints fine at the center of the plate, so the printer works fine.
If you compare both files when the Skirt has negative values on the Y axis on the print that is printing off the plate.
I create the same file on the laptop and it seems fine. The files I am creating from my desktop recently show this issue.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the S3D on my desktop and the issue still shows up, I imported the FFF file from my laptop that works, still the Gcode that is created from the desktop has this issue.
I was wandering if I blow out all the stored settings for the S3D that might take out the problem.
