Print quality problem when I try to print multiple items

I have a replicator mini. while its denegraded as a crap machine I get spectacular results from my mini once I switched to simplify 3d. amazing results.

better than I could have hoped for especially since I only spent $150 on the bugger!

anyway I work two jobs one has me away for 2 days. so I like to set up a really long print so the machine is doing something while I am gone and I get a nice surprise of goodies when I get home.

SO I set up multiple items. key fob (two parts) oiler (2 parts) whislte (one part) and the mars bars shuttle.

I just slide the little bits between the wings of the shuttle.

when I got home. only the whistle was "somewhat" usable. I had a shift in the shuttle (nasty) and the other parts all came out extra stringy and most "brittle" as all hell. I mean ripped it to pieces with my bare fingers and not a lot of force either. you could even see visible caps etc..

but when I print just a single part (even a complex one) they come out spectacular.

Here is a video showing what I mean

any suggestions on what I can do?

The retraction on the makerbot 5th gen machines isn't all that reliable. When you print 2 parts, you're going to be retracting each time that you move between them, which may be part of the issue.

Have you tried using sequential printing? (explained here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/tuto ... -printing/)

Now that is pretty damned cool. I will have to do some measuring when i get home to see if i have any vertical clearance.

Thank you!
