Which setting to cure this zipper effect

In the attached images you can see a cylinder object that has little zits if you will running down one side (the rest of the object is perfect). I assume this is either where it changes layers or switches to infill.

Now for structural reasons this object has only 1 perimeter but 100% infill in case that makes any difference. I am so close to perfection I can taste it.

Thanks

Printer is a TAZ 4 converted to a TAZ 5, .40mm nozzle, ABS 245c bed 100c on Buildtak Top speed 80mm/s perimeter 70mm/s

those are z-scar caused by retractions and wipe. see if you can turn them both off and still get a successful print.

Yup, it looks like it's your retraction/wiping/coasting settings. They have a guide specifically for that issue: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... s-and-zits

In the 'layer settings' choose random start points and see how that works.

I was printing the Tesla Supercharger models straight up and noticed the same thing almost, One single place where there was a line running up the side so I watched closely and saw it was the line where the head was starting so I found that setting and no more "zipper" effect.
