bad allocation exception Win 8.1

Fresh install of 2.0.1 on a new Windows 8.1 system, when importing any model I get an Exception Encountered error "The following exception was encountered. Please restart the program. bad allocation" Any ideas?

Is this just one specific file? or every file you try?

Re: bad allocation exception Win 8.1

It turns out it was some kind of issue with a network shared model file. I have a share on a Mac OS X (Mavericks) system with my 3D Models. I had been successfully printing them from a Win 7 laptop. I just purchased a Win 8.1 laptop, and got the error above when trying to print from it. If I copy the model to a local folder, Creator imports just fine - I thought I'd tried that last night, but I guess I hadn't. I'd like to continue doing what I had been doing, keeping the models on the Mac OS share, but this workaround is ok for now.
