[ADDED] First layer speed - FOR OBJECT

Welcome,
Now "First layer Speed" (in "First layer settings", "Layer" tab) works for first layer of print. If there is raft, this settings work for first layer OF RAFT. OK - it's to help stick model to table and it's working.
But - in raft is "Separation distance" which makes first layer OF OBJECT to be print in air. And this should be done with less speed then rest of object (like 20%). But there is not settings for that.
Pleas add it.

I have tested it and it will be really useful option:
(ABS, raft, 0.1mm).
Printing whole object with 80mm/s isn't working (print is not sticking raft). With 15mm/s it's OK but printing takes about 9h...
But when I created second process to handle slow print on raft and my 80mm/s for rest of model - everything is working correctly. So it should work.

Re: First layer speed - FOR OBJECT

+1 I need this as well. The slower first layer speed shouldn't just apply to the first contact of the filament to the printer bed but also the first contact between layers separated by additional space. If they don't want to make the first layer apply to the the first object layer AFTER the raft, then the least they can do is add an additional option over skirt, brim, and raft options as "first object layer speed."

Re: First layer speed - FOR OBJECT

This setting has now been added in version 4.0. Click "Edit Process Settings", go to the Additions tab, and you can now change the "Above Raft Speed" settings, which will adjust the speed of the first layer that is printed on top of the raft.

Thanks for the great suggestion!
